OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN BYLAW NO. 8383, 2011 AMENDMENT BYLAW NO. 9173, 2020

Subject Properties– 2068 and 2542 PG Pulpmill Road

The City of Prince George is considering an amendment to the City of Prince George Official Community Plan (OCP) Bylaw No. 8383, 2011 to amend Schedule B-6: Future Land Use for a portion of the Subject Properties from Rural Resource to Heavy Industrial. The amendment would facilitate the development and operation of a renewable diesel facility and expansion of the existing refinery operations on the subject properties. This application to amend the OCP also includes a rezoning application (Bylaw 9174, 2020).
